Ingredients

  • 4 pork steak (s) or small schnitzel, breaded
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 4 rolls or hamburger buns
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon salad mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Fry the schnitzel until crispy.
  2. Peel the cucumber and cut into slices that are not too thick. Mix together the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise. Halve the roll and place 1 schnitzel on each of the lower halves. Spread a few slices of cucumber on top and brush them generously with the ketchup-mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Now put the lid on and enjoy!
  4. It is best to have napkins ready. There is a big mess when eating, but it tastes really good!
  5. Particularly popular with kids!
