Cevice with Shrimps

Ceviche is a seafood dish very popular in our country and Latin America. Peru is considered the homeland of this dish.

Ingredients

  • 800 gr sea bream
  • 350 gr shrimps
  • 1/2 piece of red bell pepper
  • 1/2 piece of green pepper
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 piece red onion
  • 1 piece of lemon
  • Salt, black pepper, sugar to taste.

Directions

  1. the dish is famous for the fact that it is also prepared from raw fish. Butcher bream or any other fish. You should have a whole fish fillet. Then cut the fish into small pieces.
  2. Then cut the shrimp. If you have boiled shrimp, just peel them. If the shrimps are raw, gray in color, then boil them for 30 seconds after boiling the water.
  3. Cut the onion very thinly into half rings and the green pepper very finely.
  4. Then finely chop the greens and red bell pepper.
  5. Squeeze out the lemon, be sure not to get the seeds from the lemon. If your ceviche is very sour, add a little sugar and you will have a sweet and sour ceviche
