Ingredients
- 800 g spelled flour, (whole rain)
- 500 ml water, warm
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- Grains, e.g. sesame, linseed or sunflower seeds
