- 250 g potato (s)
- 50 g flour, wholemeal flour if you like
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Peel the potatoes and cook them in a saucepan with water. Drain the water, let the potatoes cool down briefly and mash. Now preheat the oven well to 230 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Add the flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and knead well.
- Now roll out an approx. 1.5 cm thick dough circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If necessary, pre-cut 6 - 8 pieces. Bake the dough until golden brown. Then turn and do the same here. Bake for about 20-25 minutes on each side.
- Let the bread cool down and enjoy.
