Somen Noodles with Seafood

Somen with cuttlefish and shrimps in the chili-mango sauce.

Ingredients

  • Somen Noodles – 1 bunch (75 g)
  • Tiger shrimps – 2 pcs.
  • Mini cuttlefish – 2 pcs.
  • Ginger root – 1 cm
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Carrots – 15 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 20 g
  • Chili-mango sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Mini champignons – 5 pcs.
  • Fish sauce – to taste
  • Cilantro
  • Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles for three minutes and put them in a colander.
  2. Chop the garlic and ginger with a knife. Cut the bell peppers of three colors into long strips. We do the same with carrots.
  3. Heat a frying pan (I used a cast iron wok), and fry vegetables and mushrooms over high heat in a mixture of vegetable and sesame oils, stirring often.
  4. A minute before the vegetables you need is ready, throw in the shrimps and cuttlefish, sprinkle with cilantro, pour in fish broth (you can use soy sauce) and chili-mango sauce. It’s incredibly tasty, go look for it immediately)) Sold in sushi departments. Sweet, but spicy, spicy. You can also season the salad with them.
  5. Your guests will faint when they try this salad)).
