Speculoos Ice Cream

• 100 ml sweet cream
• 100 ml milk
• 75 grams sugar
• 0.5 pinch ½ (s) salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 6 speculoos

Instructions

1. Mix the cream, milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. The Spelulatius biscuits e.g., wrap in aluminum foil and finely chop with a rolling pin. Now add the fine speculoos crumbs to the previously mixed mixture and pour everything into the ice cream machine.
2. Makes about 2-4 scoops of ice cream.
3. For decoration you can chop up another cookie and pour the crumbs over the ice cream scoops!
