  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon milk, 3.5% fat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the walnuts a little and put them in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Mix everything together well until a slightly sticky dough is formed.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 rolls with 2 tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for approx. 20 - 25 minutes on the middle shelf.
  4. The rolls are crispy on the outside and really fluffy on the inside.
  5. I prefer to eat it with mild camembert.
