Place the roast in a bowl, add the creme fraiche or double cream, mix and refrigerate a little (approx. 5 minutes).
Add the peperoncino and peppercorns to the sausage mixture, mix everything well. Mix mustard and white wine and spread on the bread (like butter), then distribute the sausage meat evenly on the bread, place the bread on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
After the 12 minutes, take the bread out of the oven, spread the cheese cubes over it and cover each with a slice of bacon. Bake for another 5-8 minutes.
