Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) paprika (s), grilled, pickled
  • 1 handful parsley, fresh
  • 100 g rocket or other salad
  • 4 teaspoons horseradish, milder or hotter
  • 1 large baguette (s)
  • 3 slices meat, pork, beef or turkey

Instructions

  1. First, the pickled paprika is chopped into small pieces with a little stock of it, a handful of parsley and one or two teaspoons of olive oil so that it is nicely mixed. Then the meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and seared in a grill pan or a normal pan until it takes on color. The meat is now placed directly from the hot pan on the pepper mixture so that it absorbs the aromas and the meat juice refines the pepper mixture.
  2. The bread is divided horizontally in the middle and the lower half is covered with salad. The meat is now cut into fine strips and distributed on the salad. Mix the paprika mixture with the meat juice and distribute it evenly on the salad and the meat. Dab the remaining juice with the top half of the bread and, depending on your taste, brush with 4-5 teaspoons of horseradish. Place the top half on top, cut everything into pieces and serve.
