Ingredients

  • 200 g round beef
  • 2 heads Pak Choi
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 medium potato (s)
  • Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika pulp
  • 500 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Pul Biber (leaf peppers)
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the pak choi, cut off the stalk, cut the leaf stalks in half and cut everything into not too small pieces. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion cubes in it. Add the minced meat and fry until brown and crumbly. Now add tomatoes and paprika pulp and fry for a few minutes. Then also briefly sweat the carrot and potato cubes. Pour in the broth and bring to the boil, mix in the pak choi and turn down the heat. Add the thyme and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Then season again to taste and serve.
