Stroganoff Beef Liver

Stroganoff beef liver will surprise you with its juiciness and tenderness. The recipe is very simple: We prepare the necessary products.
You will also need a small plastic bag during the cooking process.the liver cut into strips is first fried with onions and then stewed in sour cream. Be sure to cook!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver – 500 g
  • Sour cream 20% fat – 250 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh dill (for serving) – 1-2 branches

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
    You will also need a small plastic bag during the cooking process.
  2. Thoroughly rinse the beef liver, cut off all films and veins. Cut the liver into strips.
  3. We send the liver in a package.
  4. Add flour to the liver.
  5. We tie a bag and shake thoroughly so that the flour is well distributed over the liver pieces.
  6. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings.
  7. Fry the onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes, until transparent.
  8. Put the liver in a pan with onions and fry over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour in water, mix. Cover with a lid and simmer the contents of the pan over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Stroganoff beef liver is ready. The dish goes well with any side dish.
