Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 225 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Jam (apricot or similar)
  • 150 g couverture, dark

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from the first seven ingredients (up to and including lemon juice) - cool it for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Roll out, cut out round cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for approx. 8 minutes.
