Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, round, from the refrigerated shelf
  • Butter, for the mold
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g oat cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
  2. Butter a tart pan, put in the batter and spread the tomatoes on top.
  3. Whip 200 ml of cream a little with the mixer so that the tart is fluffier. Stir in eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg and a pinch of oregano. Pour the mixture on the tomatoes, cut the fresh goat cheese into pieces and spread on top.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes on the middle rack, until the filling is firm.
