Sundae at Home

Making ice cream at home is easy, and most importantly, it’s very tasty!

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Cream, 33% fat – 600-700 g
  • Condensed milk – 200-250 g

Directions

  1. Whip heavy cream, adding condensed milk to taste (about 1/2 to 2/3 can).
  2. Place in a suitable dish and place in the freezer. Freeze from two to three hours (you can leave it until the next day). The freezing time depends on the volume of the dishes and the power of the freezer.
  3. You can serve ice cream, for example, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Before serving, it is better to hold the ice cream a little in the refrigerator so that it softens a little.
