Do you like snacks? Homemade lavash “chips” are a completely natural product made with the addition of cinnamon and cocoa powder. Such an unpretentious and budget delicacy will surprise and delight you with its original taste!

Ingredients
Thin lavash – 200 g (2 sheets measuring 35×35 cm)
Sugar – 50 g
Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 50 g
Salt (finely ground) – on the tip of a knife
Directions
Prepare the required foods from the list. Sweet pita chips cook very quickly, so it is better to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
Cut the lavash into small pieces, so that later it is convenient to eat them. I cut the pita bread into triangles with sides about 3-5 cm.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave (1-2 minutes on medium heat). In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sliced pita bread on it. Pour melted butter over the pita bread and stir gently so that all pieces are covered with butter. If desired, lavash can be poured with butter and mixed in a separate bowl, and then immediately put on a baking sheet – the main thing is that the pieces do not stick together.
Sprinkle the pita bread in portions with a mixture of cocoa and cinnamon with sugar, stirring and sprinkling again to distribute the mixture as evenly as possible over the pieces of pita bread.
Place the prepared pita bread in the oven. Remove the baking sheet from the oven periodically and stir gently with a spatula. Thus, dry the pieces of pita bread until brittle. It took me about 10-13 minutes.
Remove the ready-made sweet cocoa and cinnamon chips from the oven, cool on a baking sheet and serve.
