  • Armenian lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Spices (hops-surely, a mixture of peppers) – to taste
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Salt

  1. Mix sour cream with egg, salt and spices.

  4. Rub the cheese on top with a thin layer on the finest grater.
  5. Put on a baking sheet, no oil needed.
