  1. Prepare all the ingredients before making the sprat and cheese tartlets. You can take tartlets ready-made or bake yourself from shortcrust pastry. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Remove the sprats from the jar, transfer to a flat plate and mash with a fork.
  4. Combine cheese and sprats. Add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of oil from a jar of sprats so that the filling for the tartlets is more uniform.
