Ingredients

  • 400 g Goronzola
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g spinach leaves, frozen or fresh, chopped up
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ herbal salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled vegetable stock, instant
  • g 1,000 nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • some butter or water
  • a little cayenne pepper
  • 4 thin turkey schnitzel
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • 1 large pickle (s)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey schnitzel and pat dry. Divide the schnitzel lengthways and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Cut the pickled cucumber lengthways into thin slices and then halve once.
  2. Put 1/4 teaspoon of mustard and 1/2 cucumber slice on each piece of meat and roll up the schnitzel. Now wrap a slice of bacon and fix with a toothpick.
  3. Sear the meat on all sides in the oil on the highest setting, then turn down to medium heat (lower if necessary) and add sprigs of rosemary. Now continue to fry for about 12 - 15 minutes with the lid closed, turning occasionally. Then let the meat rest on the stove, which is switched off. The sauce can now be prepared while frying.
  4. To do this, finely chop the garlic (do not press, otherwise bitter substances will be developed) and place in a saucepan. Chop up the Gorgonzola and add it to the saucepan as well. Now pour in the milk, add the pepper, cayenne pepper, herbal salt and vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
  5. Simmer gently over medium heat for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts. Stir again and again. Turn the meat over and over again in between. Now add the spinach and crème fraîche and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste and, if necessary, add salt.
  6. Heat the gnocchi with a little butter in the pan or heat with 3 tablespoons of water in the microwave at half power for about 4 minutes. Serve the roulades with the sauce and the gnocchi.
