- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cup flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- Icing sugar for dusting

- Mix the eggs and powdered sugar with a hand mixer for approx. 10 minutes to form a foamy mixture. Gradually add the pulp of the vanilla pod, milk, oil, flour and baking powder.
- Put the dough in a baking pan. Spread 1 packet of vanilla sugar on the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Please do the chopsticks test.
- Mix the powdered sugar with the other packet of vanilla sugar and dust the cooled cake with it. Fresh cream goes well with it.
