Instructions

1. Mix the eggs and powdered sugar with a hand mixer for approx. 10 minutes to form a foamy mixture. Gradually add the pulp of the vanilla pod, milk, oil, flour and baking powder.
2. Put the dough in a baking pan. Spread 1 packet of vanilla sugar on the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Please do the chopsticks test.
3. Mix the powdered sugar with the other packet of vanilla sugar and dust the cooled cake with it. Fresh cream goes well with it.
