Vegan American Chocolate Cookies with Chopped Almonds

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a bowl and work into a dough using the dough hook. Use a spoon to make small piles of dough on a baking sheet, leaving enough space between the piles as the biscuits run apart. Possibly press down the dough a little. Place the tray in the preheated oven (at 180 ° C) and bake for 8 minutes. No longer, otherwise the cookies will be too dry. Then remove the tray and let the biscuits cool down.
Annotation:
The biscuits are still soft when you take them out of the oven, but solidify as they cool. So don`t panic!
