Vegetable Saute with Mushrooms

Light vegetable sauté.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms – 200 g
  • Sweet pepper – 3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pieces
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Seasoning for mushrooms – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 60 g

How to make a vegetable sauté with mushrooms

Servings

  1. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
    Wash the mushrooms and cut into plates, add to the onion and fry.
  2. Wash the pepper, peel the stalk and seeds, cut into strips and add to the mushrooms and onions and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Wash tomatoes, cut into cubes and add to vegetables. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. At the end of frying add salt, pepper, spices and garlic. And after a minute remove the vegetable sauté with mushrooms from the heat.
