Wafer Rolls With Cream

My husband made me happy for the New Year and gave me an electric waffle iron. I remember that in childhood we had such a Soviet, heavy technique, but this one is not at all like that. I decided to try it out with different recipes.

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 370 Grams
  • Butter – 275 Grams
  • Flour – 280 Grams
  • Chocolate – 75 Grams
  • Milk – 400 Milliliters
  • Egg – 4 Pieces
  • Yolks – 6 Pieces

Directions

  1. First, prepare the cream. Beat the yolks with 120 g of sugar in a blender. Pour 80 g of flour into the mass, mix to a single consistency.
  2. In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil, pour it into the yolk mass, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  3. Next, put the future cream in a saucepan over high heat. Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly, and turn it off immediately. Add 75 g butter in small portions, and then add chopped chocolate. Stir and cool the cream.
  4. Now prepare the waffles. Beat eggs with 250 g of sugar, 200 g of flour and 200 g of butter. Knead the dough, bake the waffles in a waffle iron, pouring out 1 tablespoon of the dough. spoon per piece. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
  5. Twist the cones from the hot waffles. Cool them down, then fill with cream and decorate as desired. Enjoy your tasting
