  • 200 g chocolate, semi-bitter (alternatively dark and whole milk mixed)
  • 125 g butter
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • some powdered sugar
  • 8 scoops / ice cream, (vanilla, as desired)
  • 7 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Have you ever been to the Caribbean on a cruise and enjoyed this dessert?
  2. I can tell you: you will LOVE it!
  3. This dessert is a sweet mix of melting chocolate tartlets (light tartlet crust with a liquid core) and vanilla ice cream that you won`t soon forget! It took me some time to be persuaded to publish this recipe now!
  4. You now need 8 refractory molds.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  6. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave (one minute at 900 watts is enough). Let cool down briefly and grease the molds.
  7. Beat the eggs together with the sugar, add the flour and mix well with the magic wand. Mix the egg-flour mixture with the chocolate mixture well.
  8. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Finally, refine the tartlets with powdered sugar. Then serve the molds on a dessert plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream each.
