Zucchini and Сheese Сasserole

Zucchini casserole recipe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the whole family. This casserole is perfect as a main course or side dish.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Young zucchini – 800 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sour cream with a fat content of 20% – 4 tablespoon. heaped spoons
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill greens – 5 g
  • Green onions – 5 g
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter for greasing the mold – 30 g

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with a whisk or fork. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, chopped garlic clove, finely chopped dill in a bowl to the eggs. Mix. Cut the courgettes into rings about 5-7 mm thick.
  2. Grease a baking dish with melted butter. Arrange the zucchini rings into a mold. Do not stack the zucchini too tightly. Pour the prepared sauce over the zucchini. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the zucchini with cheese until light golden brown for 30 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the casserole. Zucchini casserole can be served hot or cold as an appetizer.
