Asparagus with Сheese

This simple yet sophisticated dish is perfect for a family breakfast, as well as for a festive lunch, buffet, or buffet table.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 0.5 Kilogram
  • Cheese – 150 Grams
  • Bread – 4-6 Slices
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground allspice – To taste
  • Spicy herbs – To taste
  • Green onions – 4-6 Pieces

Directions

  1. Remove the tough parts of the stem asparagus and boil for 3-4 minutes. Rinse with ice water, dry.
  2. Tie the asparagus stalks into small bunches of 3 with chives.
  3. Mix olive oil with salt and spices, squeeze out the garlic.
  4. Place the slices of bread on a greased baking sheet or in separate ovenproof tins.
  5. Brush the bread with spicy garlic oil, put a bunch of asparagus on each slice, cover with cheese.
  6. Put in an oven preheated to 180-200C for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
