Ingredients
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 orange (s) (blood orange)
- 250 ml yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

- Wash, quarter and core the apple and cut into narrow wedges with the peel. Immediately drizzle the lemon juice over it.
- Cut off the peel and white skin from the orange. Cut into the fruit at the intermediate skins and remove the fillets. Cut the fillets into pieces, place in a bowl and squeeze in the juice from the orange remains by hand.
- Mix the apple wedges with the orange remnants.
- Mix the yogurt with the honey and ginger and mix into the salad.
- Roast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan and sprinkle over them.
