Ingredients

  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 70 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 800 g apples
  • 300 g cream cheese (cream)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almond (s), sliced
  • 4 tablespoon syrup (maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, baking powder, butter, sugar and 1 egg into a shortcrust pastry and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Line a springform pan with the batter. Peel the apples, cut into wedges and spread on the floor. Mix the cream cheese, milk, grated lemon zest, honey, vanilla sugar and remaining eggs and pour over the apples. Sprinkle with almonds and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 45-50 minutes. Let the cake cool down and pour maple syrup over it before serving.
