Apple Pie (Charlotte)

Always delicious pastries – apple pie (charlotte). As a rule, the charlotte recipe follows one technology – chopped apples are poured into the biscuit dough. According to this recipe, the dough is made from three eggs, and the charlotte turns out to be small, but, as always, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Apples – 2-3 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3-5 tbsp (to taste)
  • Flour – 3 tablespoon. heaped spoons
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vinegar or lemon juice (extinguish soda) – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. We make apple pie (charlotte) together. The ingredients are simple and affordable.
  2. Wash the apples, peel them from the cores (if desired, peel them), finely chop. Add cinnamon if desired.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar well. Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 175-180 degrees (set the wire rack to the middle position).
  4. Add the sifted flour little by little, gently stirring the dough. Add slaked soda: pour vinegar or lemon juice into a spoonful of soda, mix and add to the dough. The dough should turn out like sour cream.
    (If you beat eggs with sugar for a long time, 10-15 minutes, until a stable white mass, and then carefully add flour, then you do not need to put soda in the biscuit dough.)
  5. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the apples in the mold.
  6. Pour the dough over the apples.
  7. Place the dish on a wire rack in a preheated oven. Bakeapple pie at 175-180 degrees until browning, 40-50 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick: pierce the pie in the center to the middle – the stick is dry, the pie is ready. If any dough remains on the stick, continue baking for about 10 minutes, then check again.
  8. The apple pie is ready.
