Ingredients

  • 350 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 ½ point baking powder
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 medium egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ oil
  • 60 g walnuts
  • 3 apples (sour)
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the pan
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Peel, quarter and then dice apples. Add eggs, oil, nuts and apples and stir.
  2. Grease a bundt pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add the dough and bake in the oven for one hour at 170 degrees Celsius.
  3. Let cool a little and turn out onto a plate.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
