  • 1 bottle schnapps (grain, 28%)
  • 2 teaspoons anise
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 100 g suar, brown or white

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a well-sealable bottle (e.g. juice bottle) and fill the schnapps on top. Close tightly and let stand for 3 weeks. Turn around daily.
  2. Strain and enjoy after 3 weeks.
