  • 20 g bakin malt
  • 10 g butter
  • 15 g salt
  • 20 g yeast
  • 280 ml water

Instructions

  1. I bought baking malt to bake bread rolls myself. The recipe on the bag of baking malt fits well, over time I found the right mixture for myself and changed the actual recipe a little.

  4. Mix the ingredients, let the dough rise for at least an hour and then knead again, shape the dough pieces and let them rise in the oven at approx. 80 degrees for 20 minutes. Always ensure sufficient steaming during the entire walking and baking time. For this I use a commercially available spray bottle for flowers. When the dough pieces have risen nicely, bake at 240 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let cool down and enjoy!
