Ingredients

  • 200 g marzipan for bakin
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 80 g almond (s), round
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 40 almond (s), halved, peeled
  • 1 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the marzipan, sieve the powdered sugar. Knead with ground almonds, flour, egg white and liqueur. Form small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press 3 halves of almonds each onto a Bethmännchen. Whisk egg yolks with milk and brush the Bethmännchen with it. Bake in the oven (electric stove: 175 ° C top / bottom heat, gas stove: level 2) for about 15 minutes.
