Ingredients

  • 800 g blackberries
  • 50 g marzipan, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 kg preserving sugar, :
  • 50 ml cassis

Instructions

  1. Mix the blackberries, marzipan, walnuts and preserving sugar and let it steep for 2 hours.
  2. Then bring to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the foam, stir in the cassis and immediately pour into hot glasses up to the brim, close with twist-off lids and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
