Ingredients

  • 500 g blueberries, (blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoon thyme, (leaves)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon citric acid
  • 300 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Sort the blueberries, wash and drain well. Mix with the preserving sugar in a tall saucepan.
  2. Add the thyme leaves and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Let simmer for at least 3 minutes while stirring.
  3. Immediately pour the jam into twist-off jars, close tightly and place on the lid.
