Ingredients

  • 4 medium potato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • some Milk
  • a bit salt
  • 1 pack dough sheets for spring rolls (frozen)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water until cooked. Drain and process into puree with a little milk. Season to taste with salt. Chop the spring onions, fry them in a little oil and mix with the mashed potatoes.
  2. Place two sheets of pastry on top of each other and place 2 teaspoons of the puree on top. Fold the pockets like a letter, moisten the tip with a little lukewarm water and press down. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with a little oil and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. The Bolani are super crispy in the oven and are also less fat than prepared in the pan. You can also eat natural yogurt.
  4. Nusché dshan!
