Ingredients

  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese, made from sheep`s or goat`s milk
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 8 olives
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection) or 200 degrees.
  2. Cover the bottom of a small casserole dish (slightly larger than the cheese slice) with the oil (about 0.5 cm high), peel 1 to 1.5 clove (s) of garlic and spread on top of the oil in small slices. Place the cheese on top (in one piece). Now spread the olives and peppers as well as the remaining garlic - also in slices - around the cheese. Drizzle everything with oil (a layer of oil should stay on the cheese) and put in the oven.
  3. Bake for about 20-30 minutes. Remove when the garlic begins to turn brown.
  4. Baguette goes best with it. But also tastes good with boiled potatoes.
  5. If you don`t like olives, you can simply leave them out. And with the pepperoni, the taste decides whether it is hot or not. The first time, however, I would take normal ones.
  6. The bomba can also be prepared very well on the grill! To do this, take an aluminum foil twice, shape it into a bowl, distribute the ingredients on the foil as described above and close the aluminum foil.
