Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 180 g chocolate, dark
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 180 g butter, soft
  • 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it

For covering:

  • 220 g flour
  • 70 g suar, brown
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 90 g butter, soft
  • 220 g chocolate (chocolate droplets)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath while stirring, then let cool down a little. Beat the eggs in a bowl and slowly fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla pulp and mix everything together well.
  2. For the topping, beat the egg with the butter until creamy and stir in the two types of sugar. Add the flour and stir everything together. Add the chocolate droplets and stir into the batter.
  3. Line a rectangular shape (approx. 28 x 24 cm) with baking paper and fill in the dough for the base and smooth it out. Spoon the dough for the topping onto the floor with a wooden spoon. Pierce the blobs with the handle of the wooden spoon so that the light-colored dough comes down.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 160 ° C for approx. 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
