Brussels Sprouts, Apples and Nuts Salad

A quick, simple, and delicious salad of Brussels sprouts, apples, and nuts.
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts – 250 g
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Walnuts – 50 g
- Wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Parsley leaves – to taste
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon. (taste)
- Parmesan cheese – for serving
Directions
- Dry the walnuts in a pan and let them cool. Combine wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and honey. Chop the parsley leaves and mix with the dressing.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts into thin slices. Core the apple and cut it into thin slices. Chop the nuts with a knife.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped apple, Brussels sprouts, and nuts. Pepper the Brussels sprouts salad, apples, and nuts add the parsley dressing, and stir.
- Salad with Brussels sprouts, apples, and nuts is ready. When serving in bowls, sprinkle the salad with parsley leaves and add thinly sliced Parmesan cheese.
