Bulgarian Apple Pie

This cake will appeal to all your loved ones, without exception. And the hostess will especially like it: when preparing this cake, a minimum of dishes are used and hands remain clean. The cake is delicious!

Ingredients

  1. Pour flour, sugar, semolina and baking powder into a bowl. We mix everything.
  2. Peel and core the apples and rub on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
  3. Put parchment on the bottom of the baking dish, pour a glass of the mixture of dry ingredients. We level.
  4. Then we spread out a third of the grated apples, level. Then again dry mix – apples, dry mix and top layer – apples.
  5. Grind the walnuts, sprinkle the future cake with them.
  6. Bring the milk to a boil. Fill the pie with hot milk. We pierce it in several places so that the milk is distributed throughout the cake and reaches the very bottom.
  7. And we put the cake to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
