Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients, let the dough rise and knead again. For party rolls, form elongated sticks (do not have to be even) dust with flour, place on a tray and let rise.
  2. Otherwise form small balls for rolls, place on a tray and let rise.
  3. You can make these rolls (not a must) with a mixture of an egg yolk + 1-2 tablespoons. Brush water (+ 1 teaspoon olive oil, if you like it) and sprinkle with sesame (or other grains).
  4. Bake at 200 ° C hot air for about 20 minutes (depending on size).
