Bun “Chocolate”

The most favorite bun recipe in our family! The dough is tender, tasty and soft, even on the second day. And most importantly, there is a sea of ​​chocolate inside and even on the bun itself. We are sure that 90% of people will be crazy about this baking! Cook for health and do not spare the fillings.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Flour – 500 g
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Dry yeast – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Warm milk – 300 ml

For filling:

  • Chocolate paste – 100 g

To cover:

  • Powdered sugar – 6-8 tbsp
  • Black chocolate – 50 g

Directions

  1. Add flour (1-2 tablespoons), yeast and a spoonful of sugar to warm milk. Mix everything well, it will be a quick dough.
  2. While the yeast is active, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. And now we introduce liquid components: dough, egg, vegetable oil and soft butter. We knead the dough.
  4. The dough is sticky in the beginning, but don’t worry.
  5. A few minutes – and the dough will become elastic, soft and pleasant to work with. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  6. Divide the finished dough into portioned pieces of 100 g each, form the balls. Cover with foil on the table, let it fit for another 30 minutes.
  7. Now we make a cake with our hands. The dough is velvety, very pliable. Put chocolate paste (1 tablespoon) in the center of the workpiece.
  8. We pinch like a pie and put on a baking sheet with the seam down.
  9. Let the buns stand still while the oven heats up (up to 180 degrees). Lightly grease them with water and send them to bake until tender.
  10. Let the finished buns cool, ideally on a wire rack.
  11. Make icing from powdered sugar and a few drops of water.
  12. Cover the buns with cooked glaze.
  13. Melt half of an ordinary chocolate bar and apply strokes to the finished buns with a chaotic movement. Don’t worry if there is more chocolate somewhere.
  14. Once you’ve cooked these chocolate buns, you’ll love them forever!
