Directions

  1. Place salmon, cheese, dill, and butter at room temperature in a blender bowl.
  2. Grind everything until smooth.
  3. Using cookie cutters, cut canapes out of the bread slices. I used gray bread, but that’s a matter of taste. If desired, the slices can be lightly dried in the oven.
  4. Lubricate the canapes with the resulting mass.
  5. Decorate the “Holiday” canapes with caviar to taste.
