Canned Tuna and Crab Stick Croquettes

Fish croquettes with green peas according to this recipe are very delicate in taste. Canned tuna and crab stick croquettes can be served as a hot starter or as a main course.

Ingredients

  • Canned tuna – 200 g
  • Crab sticks – 50 g
  • Green peas – 50 g
  • Bread crumbs – 100 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil for deep-fat – 200 ml

Directions

  1. Prepare croquettes from canned tuna and crab sticks, with green peas.
  2. Salt liquid or oil with canned tuna. Put the pieces of tuna in a bowl and mash the fish fillets with a fork.
  3. Finely chop the crab sticks and onion and add to the tuna. Add green boiled peas (can be replaced with canned ones).
  4. Drive-in an egg, add bread crumbs, mix minced fish, add salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Form small round minced meat croquettes. From the specified number of products, 10 croquettes were obtained.
  6. Fry tuna croquettes in portions in a deep fryer or a saucepan with a lot of vegetable oil, 4-5 minutes. We spread the finished croquettes on paper napkins so that the paper absorbs excess oil.
  7. Ready-made fish croquettes from canned tuna and crab sticks are served as a hot appetizer with various sauces, as the main course – with boiled rice or vegetable salad.
