Cauliflower with Carrots and Celery (in a Slow Cooker)

Cauliflower with carrots and celery is a weight-loss food, a great solution for those on a low-carb diet. It is tasty, healthy, and does not require much effort, as a vegetable dish is prepared in a multicooker.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 500 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Celery root (medium-sized) – 1 pc.
  • Greens (parsley, dill) – 5 branches
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary products for cooking cauliflower with carrots and celery (in a slow cooker).
  2. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise and cut into slices up to 1 centimeter thick.
  3. Cut the celery root in half and cut it into cubes.
  4. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, send all the vegetables there, season with spices, and mix everything.
  6. Install the multicooker program “Baking”. Cook cauliflower with vegetables in a slow cooker for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut off the stems of the greens and finely chop the leaves.
  8. After the time has elapsed, put the prepared cauliflower with carrots and celery on a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and serve. This vegetable dish can be served with ketchup, sour cream, adjika.
