  • Pinch salt
  • 300 grams flour

  • 4 large apples

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with sugar well, stirring with the mixer for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the apples, and mix well for another 5 minutes. Spread the dough on a baking sheet that has been previously greased or lined with baking paper. Then cover the dough with the peeled and sliced apples. Bake the cake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
