Ingredients

  • 200 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 150 g spelled flour type 630
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 0.5 ½ pack sourdough extract
  • 250 ml water
  • Bread spice mix to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with a little water and let it swell briefly, then mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan, place in the oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake the bread for another 45 minutes.
