Ingredients
- 1 cube yeast
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 300 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 200 g spelled flour type 630 or 1050
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon millet, optional

- Mix the yeast and the lukewarm water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix immediately. Pour the dough into a previously greased loaf pan and decorate with a few sunflower seeds. The dough doesn`t have to rise.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove from the mold after baking and allow to cool.
