Chicken Appetizer, Portioned

Chicken salad is prepared with cucumber, onion, and garlic, dressed with yogurt, and served with a chicken fillet appetizer on portioned pita bread or croutons.

Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Grilled chicken fillet (torn pieces) – 2 cups
  • Cucumber (peeled and chopped on a grater) – 1 pc.
  • Natural yogurt without additives – 2/3 cup
  • Red onion (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh dill (finely chopped) – 2 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 3/8 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Garlic (chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Pita or croutons – 180 g

How to make a chicken fillet snack:

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, red onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, black pepper, cucumber, and garlic in a large bowl and beat with a fork.
  2. Put pieces of chicken fillet in a bowl with dressing, mix, and serve chicken fillet snack with pita or croutons.
