  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 8 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 100 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 40 g butter
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the salt until frothy. Gradually add 8 tablespoons of flour to the mineral water. Carefully fold in the egg white and add the chives.
  3. Heat some sunflower oil in a non-stick pan and add 10 g butter. Pour in a ladle of pancake batter and bake the pancakes on both sides for approx. 2 - 3 minutes until golden. Repeat this process three more times and serve immediately.
  4. Also tastes cold on bread.
