Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C fan oven. Knead all ingredients or mix with the dough hook and form small, not too large rolls out of the dough, as they will still rise strongly afterwards. Be sure to use low-fat quark, otherwise the dough will be too sticky.
  2. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until they are light golden brown.
